SharpFutures POD (responsible for recruiting, training, and supporting People on Demand members into employment) will guide scholars through the planning, expectations, and points to consider when preparing for a virtual interview. Scholars will learn about the differences in virtual interviews in comparison to physical interviews, from time-management, to setting up a camera, to tone and voice.
